The Ultimate Guide to Do A Pedicure at Home

Manicures are for the hands while pedicures are for the feet. Pedicures are considered to be more relaxing than the manicure because your feet are the most used body part and get exhausted quickly. Nothing is better than a soothing pedicure to relax them and make them look pretty.

For Pedicure you need the following ingredients:

  • Nail filer and nail clipper
  • Nail polish remover
  • Cotton pads
  • Towel
  • Bucket with hot water
  • Shampoo
  • Scrub or pumice stone
  • Body wash, moisturizer or foot cream
  • Nail Polish (optional)

First step is to clean your old nail polish with the nail polish remover and cotton pads. If you do not have nail polish remover here’s How to Remove Nail Polish without Remover? After removing the nail polish, chip your toenails and file them.

Take some hot water in the bucket and add some shampoo to make some foam. Now put your feet in the bucket and soak them for 10-15 minutes. Now use the pumice stone or scrub with the soap to scrub your each foot. Make sure you scrub it properly and not in a hurry. Once done put your one feet in the water while you repeat the steps on the other one.

Take your feet out of water and dry them with towel. Apply foot cream or moisturizer once you’re done. To make it more perfect apply some nail polish if you wish.
